Why Choose Me
Choosing the right assessor or coach is a personal decision — it’s about trust, understanding, and expertise. My practice is built on all three.
1. Evidence-based, person-centred assessments
Every assessment is grounded in current research and professional standards (BPS and SASC guidelines) — but also shaped around you. I take time to understand your background, experiences, and goals so that the results truly reflect your individual profile.
2. Clear, actionable recommendations
You’ll never receive a report full of jargon. My feedback is designed to be useful — explaining your results in plain language and linking them directly to real-world strategies for study, work, and daily life.
3. Recognition across sectors
My assessments and reports are accepted by universities, DSA, DWP, and employers, ensuring that you can access the adjustments and support you’re entitled to without confusion or delay.
4. Compassionate, collaborative approach
Neurodiversity is about understanding, not fixing. I work alongside you — not as a clinician diagnosing from a distance, but as a partner helping you recognise your strengths, manage challenges, and move forward with confidence.
5. Support that continues beyond assessment
Through tailored coaching and strategy sessions, I help you put your recommendations into practice — developing habits, tools, and confidence to achieve lasting change.

The Purpose That Drives My Work
My work is grounded in a simple belief: everyone deserves to understand how their mind works — and to be supported in ways that allow them to thrive, not just cope.

Many people come to me after years of frustration, hard work, or self-doubt, unsure why certain tasks feel harder than they should. My role is to turn that uncertainty into clarity. Through careful, evidence-based assessment and meaningful conversation, I help people see that their challenges are not a lack of effort, but a difference in how their brain processes information.

That moment of understanding is powerful — it can rebuild confidence, restore motivation, and open the door to tailored support. Equally, I’m driven by the wider impact this work has: helping universities and employers recognise that inclusion begins with insight. Every report I write and every conversation I have contributes to environments that understand and value cognitive diversity.

Providing Neurodiversity Assessments: Turning Insight Into Empowerment

A neurodiversity assessment is far more than a diagnosis, it’s an opportunity to discover your unique learning and thinking style. My assessments identify patterns of strength and difficulty linked to conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia (DCD), ADHD, autism, and dyscalculia, translating those findings into practical strategies you can use in study, work, and daily life.
Each assessment combines formal psychometric testing with a detailed understanding of your personal and professional context. I take time to explore what’s working well, where the challenges lie, and what adjustments or tools could make a meaningful difference.
The goal is always empowerment, providing you with insight that builds confidence and equips you to advocate for your needs. You’ll leave with a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report that highlights your strengths, explains your challenges, and includes clear recommendations recognised by universities, DSA, DWP, and employers.
Understanding how your brain works is a turning point. My role is to make that understanding practical, positive, and transformative.

Coaching
Understanding how you think is only the first step, coaching helps you turn that insight into everyday progress. My coaching sessions are collaborative, practical, and designed to build confidence, structure, and sustainable habits.
Who is coaching for: Students and professionals who want practical tools to work with their brains
Leaders and early-career professionals building sustainable focus, planning and communication habits
Anyone seeking traction on goals with accountability and kind, clear structure

Personal Coaching

Focuses on the you behind the to-do list. Together we explore your strengths, challenges, and patterns, then develop realistic strategies for focus, organisation, communication, and wellbeing. Sessions are gentle but goal-oriented, helping you reduce overwhelm, manage energy, and work with your brain rather than against it. Each programme is tailored to your lifestyle, values, and priorities, supporting real change in study, home life, or relationships.

“From the first 15-minute call I felt at ease. The assessment was thorough yet human, and my report arrived within 48 hours, clear, SASC-compliant and instantly accepted for DSA. The strategies section has transformed how I revise and manage deadlines. I finally have language for my strengths and the right adjustments in place.”
